Six-hour, Weekday Talk Intensive

Description of 6-hour program: 3 contact hours + resources/ assessments/ with optional customized treatment workbook

• 90-minute interview before intensive
•  3 hours during intensive
•  90-minute interview for follow up
•  6 contact hours x weekday hourly rate ($210) = $1,260
•  2 weekday hours to design customized pre/post treatment workbook = $420          

TOTAL = $1,680 (with workbook) or $1,260 (without workbook)

Six-hour, Weekday Neurofeedback Intensive

Description of 6-hour program: 3 contact hours + resources/ assessments/ with optional customized treatment workbook

• 90-minute interview before intensive
•  3 hours during intensive, up to 2 Neurofeedback sessions
•  90-minute interview for follow up
•  6 contact hours x weekday hourly rate ($350) = $2,100
•  2 weekday hours to design customized pre/post treatment workbook = $700          

TOTAL = $2,800 (with workbook) or $2,100 (without workbook)

3-day, Weekday Neurofeedback Intensive

Description of 14-hour program: 12 contact hours + resources/ assessments/ with optional customized treatment workbook

• 90-minute interview before intensive
• Three, half-days (3 hours per day)
• 90-minute interview for follow up
• 12 contact hours x weekday hourly rate ($350) = $4,200
• 2 weekday hours to design customized pre/post treatment workbook = $700          

TOTAL = $4,900 (with workbook) or $4,200 (without workbook)

3-day, Weekend Neurofeedback Intensive

Description of 14-hour program: 12 contact hours + resources/ assessments/ with optional customized treatment workbook

• 90-minute interview before intensive
• Three, half-days (3 hours per day) on weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• 90-minute interview for follow up
• 12 contact hours x overtime/weekend hourly rate ($525) = $6,300
• 2 weekend hours to design customized pre/post treatment workbook = $1,050       

TOTAL = $7,350 (with workbook) or $6,300 (without workbook)

Traditional Neurofeedback Rates

• QEEG Intake, 60-90 minutes – $250
• QEEG Acquisition, Analysis, and Report, 60 minutes – $1600
• QEEG Report Review, 60 minutes – $250
• QEEG Retest, Analysis, and Report, 60 minutes – $800
• Neurofeedback Therapy session, 30 minutes – $90
• Home Trainer Kits, monthly rental – $550/month
• Home Trainer Remote Monitoring - $50/15 minute increments 

Insurance

For intensives and neurofeedback, I am considered a private-pay, out-of-network provider.  While I don’t accept insurance directly, your insurance plan may have out-of-network (OON) benefits, which means that they will reimburse you for a portion of our session cost.  You can use Thrizer to verify your OON benefits and submit superbills. I will provide you with a Superbill for all direct contact therapy services included in the program. Thrizer will manage the reimbursement process end-to-end for you to save you the insurance headache. Once you meet your deductible, you can request an instant reimbursement to skip the insurance wait or receive reimbursements in a few weeks via direct deposit.  You can create an account and get started at www.thrizer.com. 

Payment

Intensives require 50% down payment to hold your appointment. Payment in full is due on the day of services rendered before the session begins. Traditional neurofeedback rates are charged in full the day of service.  I accept all major credit cards, HSA & FSA cards as forms of payment. There is a $20 fee for any declined or refused payments.

Cancellation Policy

There is a non-refundable down payment of 50% for the intensive week at time of scheduling. This covers the cost of any work done to set up your intensive beforehand. Cancellations within two weeks cannot be refunded, but we may be able to reschedule. For traditional neurofeedback, cancellations with less than 48-hours notice will be charged a fee of $175.
